If you are a New Zealand resident or citizen experiencing hair loss due to a medical condition such as alopecia or various cancer treatments, you may be eligible for financial assistance through the Ministry of Health. This funding can help cover the cost of wigs, hair pieces, and related products. To apply, you’ll need a medical certificate from your GP confirming the cause of your hair loss, from there, I can make the claim to the Ministry of Health.
